Our second trip to this wonderful hotel. It feels more like a five star than a four, representing excellent value for money. The staff go out of their way to help and are so friendly. The beach is but a stones through away for long walks, swimming, beach volleyball and many other beach sports. Very convenient being able to fly from Belfast!! Can't wait to return!

Beautiful hotel with fantastic large rooms. The layout however is terrible. We were on the ground floor along a corridor that is not shut off from the reception area and everyone who wanted to go to higher floors needed to walk past our room to the lifts. When we departed I told reception that in the evening they need to redirect guests through the bar to the lifts, not past bedrooms. Unfortunately most of it was booked out with French people attending a poker tournament. They were incredibly noisy, especially when they returned at 3am and partied in the hotel lobby and chatted loudly as they eventually returned to their rooms where they continued to party. At 4am I asked the receptionist to shut the lobby party down which he did. They offered to move us to a different room on an upper floor but this would have been just as noisy because we would have been surrounded by the poker players. The restaurant is buffet style with nice food.

A really warm welcome. The hotel (including the outside space) is exceptionally clean, the beds are ridiculously comfortable and it is soo quiet at night. The food is really good, as is the pool and spa! I've not got a bad word to say about this hotel - loved it!

Been there for a skydiving trip in December 2023. Brand new hotel with spa and real nice and clean room. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Feels like a 5 stars actually. Breakfast and dinner is amazing and staff very friendly and nice. Recommend 100% if you stay in Castellon. Definitely going to visit again soon.

Our favourite place in Castellon! Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and recently refurbished rooms. High quality buffet with a huge selection, also for vegetarians. Located at 1 minute walk from the beach in a quiet area of Castellon. We came with a group of friends but it's a great place for families as well. And they recently built a brand new spa, including sauna, steamroom and very affordable massages!

Was there in the off season. The hotel is quite new, lovely and bright. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a large breakfast buffet that I enjoyed very much. Fresh orange juice was sublime. Their dinner buffet was different every evening, only downside was that the vegetarian options were limited on some nights. The rooms are bright and spacious, as is the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the fact that there is no bathroom door. That’s off-putting. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay very much and would come again.

Love this hotel. The beach is a 3 mins walk to the beach. The hotel has 2 pools, gym and a spa. We had the Supreme room with 2 queen size beds, perfect for a family of 4. Room is clean and modern with separate shower and bath. Downside is the bathroom doesn’t have a door so if someone is using the toilet, you could hear it LOL. Buffet breakfast was very good. Lunch and dinner at their restaurant is also buffet style. We had dinner at their restaurant for our entire stay and every night the food was varied and different dishes. The spa was also very good. They have massage pool, dry and steam sauna. I also opted for a body massage and it was very good. Spa prices are not expensive. Parking is not covered but it is free. You can park around the streets of the hotel or at the back of the hotel there is a parking space for guest. Definitely would love to come back to this hotel.

Stayed here with a friend during the Benicassim FIB festival. The hotel itself is very nice - newly refurbished and very modern and clean looking.
The rooms are spacious and there is a water dispenser on each level near the lift which is helpful. As other reviews have said, there is no door to the bathroom area - so just be aware of that. If you stay in the other side of the room it's impossible to see the other person so in theory it's OK. Interestingly, the mirror near the entrance to the room allows you to see into the bathroom mirror and, in theory see someone in the shower...
Beds were nice and comfy and the sea view is worth the extra in my opinion as you can sit and watch the world go by outside (although the slightly old looking hotel opposite does spoil the view somewhat).
The aircon works well and the rooms have good blackout blinds to keep it dark when trying to sleep. I never noticed any sound from other rooms which is good.
One thing to note is the public transport in this area is very poor. We were expecting to be able to rent bikes (or a car) directly from the hotel (as per their official website) but you can't. There is even a bike rental stand outside the hotel but you need to be a Spanish resident to register on the app.
There is a bus stop a short 2 min walk from the hotel but the buses don't run very late sadly.
All hotel staff were very helpful & polite and helped us book taxis where required. Taxis in the area are limited though so book in advance!
