The staff at the hotel were so helpful and happy, the location of the hotel is right in the centre. I was meant to book a hotel in Valencia but this came up on the trip app as in Valencia. I’m so glad we got to experience castellio de plana. What a lovely, fun and welcoming town at Christmas time. The food culture was amazing. Thank you for an excellent trip and making feel so welcome.

The room was very old, the bathroom was moldy. The reception service was very good. The hotel needs renovations, as it's not a 4-star chain.

We had a problem with the check-in. The person at the front desk, Simone, rudely explained to us that they didn't allow the official police ID app, claiming to have an email address I haven't seen yet.
It's unacceptable for a hotel or hotel employee to flout national regulations, and if so, they should notify us in advance of arrival to avoid any surprises.

The treatment by all the receptionists we met was great: friendly, polite and diligent.
The room was something else, it is clear that not only do they not spend money on renovating rooms, but they also do not spend money on proper maintenance. Sometimes not investing in a business has its downside, in this case we will not return to this hotel, and it is a shame because the service by the staff is impeccable.
