A business travel hotel near DFW airport. It is also convenient to go to places such as the nearby prairie and Arlington. American breakfast is also preferred. The room is clean and fresh, suitable for transit and short stay.

We loved the king suite with a separate bedroom. The jacuzzi tub was an added bonus! Our family enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. It was quiet. The beds were comfortable.

It was clean. They only refreshed towels and amenities after the first night. Thought that was odd. Pool did not have a good view or vibe. Breakfast was good. Nice variety.

The hotel was under renovations, which was not specified when I booked it. It was just messy, and the ice dispenser didn’t work on our floor. (We had to try 3 different floors until we found an ice dispenser that worked. Our bathroom door did not have a handle. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable. The staff at the desk were all friendly and helpful, and the breakfast servers were accommodating and kind.

Nothing in that hotel works. The laundry service is out & front desk did not even know about it. The elevator makes a bad noise and sounds like it’s about to give out on you. Breakfast was nasty. Eggs had water in them. Do not waste your money on them. Also the 4th floor was all wrapped up in plastic because they were painting they were still putting people on that floor with all those paint fumes and everything was covered up.

Terrible customer service I called for airport shuttle and was told it could take up to 30 mins. After an hour I called back and was told it would be coming soon and they would call me when it was on its way. After another 30 mins I called the hotel and was told the same thing. I waited another 30 mins and finally took a taxi. I never received a phone call from the shuttle. The hotel needs updating as furniture was very worn, plastic on carpet in hallways. Would not stay there again.
