Three reasons not to recommend. 1. I called the hotel at 6pm for airport pickup and waited for 45 minutes but still didn't get a car. I took an Uber for $20. 2. I confirmed that the room fee had been paid when booking and confirmed with the front desk again and again whether the credit card was used to pay only the deposit, but they still charged the room fee. 3. For the breakfast, they didn't even provide juice. Most chain hotels provide rich breakfast here. 4. The air conditioner in the room only has cold air. Even the coffee machine in the mini bar is a bad one. 5. Apart from the hotel restaurant, there is only a gas station convenience store nearby. It's enough to be a fool for this brand hotel!

Beautiful property in a safe convenient location. Professional, efficient, kind staff. Property was clean Nd in excellent condition and our room and beds were very comfy. Would definitely book here again.

We were assigned room 225. On the second day we woke up to water all over the floor in our room. We were told that maintenance would take care of it, but they never came. I called them 5 times. After several hours with no action, I finally insisted that they move us to another room. We have never experienced such a lack of response to a problem! Very disappointed in Hilton.

Everything we needed
We were there only one night inbetween flights out of Dallas. Airport shuttle service was excellent! Nice bar/ restaurant, and very comfortable beds!
