Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free.

The interior decor is fun and they have options for breakfast (not a ton), the room is rather cramped but can serve for a few nights.

Good but no equipment, no storage for suitcases, no table to put anything, no towel for the shower, nothing at all, comfortable bed apart from that, air conditioning that cools, value for money 4/10

As soon as we arrived they assigned us rooms without a bathroom while we had paid for a bathroom in the room. Later they changed them and gave us the ones with the bathroom but the towels were missing. In one of the three rooms the sheets were dirty.
We will not go back to this type of hotel again.

Being used to traveling and seeing different types of hotel, this one, compared to others, is clean and the staff sincerely wants to provide customer satisfaction. The sanitary facilities are well maintained, and the breakfast is in line with the quality / price ratio. If all hotels of this type could do the same.
