Place is pleasant and the receptionist is very accommodating for request of change of room and temporarily depositing the luggage even when I'm checked out

Wow this small hotel is absolutely amazing the location is unbelievable and the room is small but absolutely beautiful everything is 4 stars . I wouldn't hesitate to return especially at the rate of 47 euros a night in Nov absolutely incredible.

Wow! This hotel was absolutely amazing and one of the best on our whole Europe trip. It is a family run hotel so we appreciated that the staff were always so helpful in telling us what to do & where to go. Always someone on the front desk and they suggested the most amazing seafood restaurant to us one night and an Italian restaurant for the next night. The room we had must have been recently renovated as the bathroom was new & interior looked new! We were on the top floor with an incredible view over the shops/restaurants below and could even see the ocean from our balcony. Perfect to sit out there with a drink so ask for room #20 if you stay here!!! The hotel also has an elevator which can be hard to find in Europe so that was a bonus. And LOCATION!!! Can walk to everything. The only thing we could fault was that the bed was not the most comfortable, but for what we paid we were absolutely blown away by this hotel and cannot fault it. I have been recommending it to all family & friends! We will stay here again in a heart beat.

I love this hotel - and have been coming here year on year! It is exactly what I want from a small family hotel - modern clean rooms. Great friendly welcome and excellent value for money. The rooms are small but efficient with a great walk in shower. The location at the heart of Cannes is amazing. When you spend most of your time on the beach or exploring this is all I need to relax and recover before a night under the stars of Cannes. I will definitively keep coming back!

This room was awful. no refrigerator with 35 degree weather. It shows only bed.Almost jail. they offered Le florian apartment. It located on the roof
.6-7 restaurant locates down stairs.All restaurant played music till early in the morning(understand holiday) But it smells different restaurant from vantilation which location the roof .All ventilator are in front of our room. Back to room around 23:00. The water was running all floor. Called
reception.The. reception said boss come back tomorrow
morning.So I have to clean refrigerator and floor in midnight. My daughter Marie Thuresson sent photo about it. Plus Ants are on the floor! Paid 5673 Swedish kronor with this kind of room!! VERY DISPOINT. HOTEL.COM THINK ABOUT IT.Are you going to pay this amount ????

Hotel was great for price, location and reception service. Our room was a bit too small for what I expected, with not much privacy between the bed and toilet due to a 'light' sliding door set up for the WC/shower room. TV was also so-so. Breakfast was quite basic too.
I guess all sort of expected for the price we paid. Good price for time of the year and location. Paid extra for parking not far from the hotel.
Overal, thanks to price, location and reception staff we are happy with our stay.

Perfect location! Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute to main shopping street. Very helpful and friendly personel. Breakfast was baguettes, croissantes, butter and jam. The best hot chocolate I ever had! Our room was facing the backyard which made it very quiet at night. Some noise in the morning because of a nearby school but we didnt mind because you dont want to sleep away the day when in Cannes. Loved this hotel and will stay there again if we go back to Cannes.
