Vorneweg: ob 4* oder 3* ist nun mal völlig egal aus meiner Sicht. Die echte Qualität entscheiden bei uns andere Faktoren. Außergewöhnlich: Sehr flexible Gastgeber - kenne ich selten so. Wegen Krankheit musste ich leider zweimal verschieben - kein Problem im Hotel Erika. Das ist "WOW". Riesiges Zimmer mit Bergblick und beruhigendem Flusswasser-Geräusch von außen. Frühstück war prima - alles da, was man braucht, ohne Schnickschnack. Service ist sehr bemüht und angenehm. Die Hauptrolle hat eh die Umgebung: - optimale Lage für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren usw. Wellness-Bereich ist neu und modern - das war unser zweites "WOW". Die Saunen toll! Nach einer anstrengenden Bergtour ist das echt viel Wert. Schwimmbad ist auch groß - nutzen wir allerdings selbst nicht. Alles gut für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben 4* draus gemacht.

Vorab: nette Inhaber Familie und nettes Personal. Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte da. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Die Betten etwas fest, aber in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war zwar ausreichend, jedoch für diese Preisklasse etwas übersichtlich. Den Wellnessbereich konnte ich leider auf Grund einer Verletzung nicht testen. Das nehme ich mir fürs nächste mal vor. Das Abendessen war leider nicht ganz so übermäßig. Da wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, sind wir am zweiten Abend ins Dorf gegangen. Die 4 Sterne finde ich persönlich auch etwas hochgegriffen.

Kein 4 Sterne-Niveau ! Zimmer simpel möbliert, Bettdecke katastrophal (Pferdedecke), einfachstes Bettzeug, Frühstücks-und abendliches Salatbuffet schlicht und phantasielos (Käse, Wurst, Cerealien aus Fertigpackungen, Brötchen mittelfrisch, kein Obst, flüssige Johannisbeermarmelade,), Abendessen einfache Hausmannskost. Wellnessbereich neu, hygienische Mängel( nur 1 Badehandtuch, fehlende Desinfektion für den Rückenbereich in der Infrarotkabine - auch nicht auf Nachfrage),max. Trinkwasser. Bad und Verkehrsanbindung gut, Personal freundlich. Wir hatten zum Glück über Secret Escape ca. 50% gespart, der normale Preis wäre nicht gerechtfertigt gewesen.

Lage ist dank Skibus top, Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, alles alt und renovierungsbedürftig, optisch nicht schön. Bett, Decke & Kissen Katastrophe, noch nie so viele Rückenschmerzen gehabt. Service hat sich sehr viel Mühe gemacht. Essen war leider nicht gut, langweilig & fad. Fitnessraum zweckmäßig und nicht ansprechend. Schwimmbad & Sauna ok, allerdings die Dusche konnte man kaum auf eine angenehme Temperatur stellen, da war alles kaputt. Hotel insgesamt für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen.

Zeer gastvrij hotel. Niets is teveel. Mooie kamers (gerenoveerd). Wij hadden HP geboekt. Ontbijt prima met genoeg keuze. Avondeten was 4 gangen met alleen hoofdgerecht keuze uit 3 gerechten. Maar elke avond andere gerechten. Heerlijk.

Das Hotel war Ausgangspunkt für unsere Radreise. Das Zimmer war ausrechend groß und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Das Frühstück war gut, ebenso das Abendmenü. Das Hotel ist ideal an der Zufahrt zum Reschenpaß gelegen.

wir haben uns hier in unserem Skiurlaub sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service war gut und vor allem zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Essen war auch in Ordnung. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder hier einkehren.
