I was really disappointed with my recent stay at Premier Inn. The air conditioning/heating system in our room was not functioning properly and kept turning on and off, which meant the room never stayed at a comfortable temperature. It got far too hot at times, and sleeping was almost impossible. We raised this issue with the receptionist and while they did offer to provide fans or move us to another room, it really wasn't practical to repack everything and move with children and all our luggage already unpacked.

Wasnt a bad experience clean room fairly friendly staff.. but having to pay £6 for parking is ridiculous, already paying enough for the damn room. Probably won't come back due to that fact alone.

Wi-fi non existent, not good when you advertise as a budget business hotel. The key card insert by the door was faulty causing the lights and power to go out. Also they now charge on top of the stay for Parking.

Lovely hotel, clean, modern rooms and really comfortable bed. Great restaurant, the breakfast is delicious. Helpful, cheerful staff . Easy parking. Did not hear the M25 despite being so close to it.

Stopped over on our way back from holiday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the restaurant and we all had a great night's sleep.
