Stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration locally and so glad we did, the room was wonderfully located with beautiful views over Dale-End park and the river Severn.
It was booked room only due to commitments so couldn’t comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this hotel.

There is no elevator, the room is small, but the bed is very comfortable. The location is a little off, and there are several small tourist attractions around it.

Considerig that this is a listed building, they have done just about everything they can to bring it up to todays modern standards. One example is, they are not allowed to install a lift.

Great place to stay for visiting Ironbridge
Great place to stay for visiting Ironbridge and the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the food very good. Highly recommended

Would stay again
Very friend staff. Lovely location.
Checked into room but it soon proved to be in a noisy location with an entry door being banged shut by other guests. Needed a soft closure fitted. I was moved to another room which was lovely and seemed to have been refurbished. Bed was a bit soft but that’s personal preference.
Food and service in the restaurant was excellent.

Overall service was excellent. Attended for a wedding which went very well. Very impressed at the friendliness of all the staff. Food was of high standard. Excellent stay.
