Beautiful hotel and grounds, well decorated room with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing, with perfect poached eggs! All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.The Lychee Martini was an excellent recommendation too! Obviously, there was some aeroplane noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Would definitely recommend, and we look forward to our next stay!

Lovely little hotel very close to Stanstead Airport. It was being refurbished unfortunatley, so had some issues with wifi, but I was upgraded to a double room immediartely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was missing a small fridge and a toilet brush, which should be stadard in a four star establishment.

The hotel was very nice but when we got back off holiday both me and my partner got parking fine of 100 pound each for parking in the so called free car park not happy at all !

Its a lovely hotel, shame the noise of planes every couple of mins stops you sleeping, having a conversation, beautiful and clean room, food was good, parking good, the grounds
were lovely to sit and have a drink in, I would definitely recommend the hotel, just make sure you take earplugs

With the exception of expensive taxi/Uber to get to/from airport around the corner - the hotel is absolutely perfect. Staff also 10/10 and noise from aircraft taking off is not too bad.
