This is the most comfortable and best hotel we have stayed at in the UK. Their staff are very friendly, patient in listening to us, and always willing to offer their help.
Their supervisor even personally helped us set up the sofa bed and did not neglect us at all. We were very touched, especially as a family with young children.
We highly recommend this hotel! The service attitude is absolutely excellent.

The receptionist asked me to pay again and then questioned, ‘Can you speak English?’ even though I showed her the confirmed booking page with a ‘paid’ icon beside it.
In the room.. there was a 3” x 3” cobweb on the ceiling….

The room is very clean and well equipped. Hotel staff are very helpful and patient. The hotel has a lot of car parking lots conveniently located next to the premises. Good value for money!

I love the Holiday Inn chain of hotels and the great standard it sets but I really wish they had a fridge in their rooms as I’m a diabetic and it would be nice to be able to my medicine in the fridge my son stayed at a hotel who was half the price and they had a fridge.moan over, we had breakfast and it was delicious the beds were comfortable and the overall standard is very good and the staff are very professional

The hotel was very clean and modern . The staff were exceptionally professional but also very approachable, friendly & informative of the local area. Would definitely visit again.
