We booked a room a few days before departure, but the owner did not confirm it with us, and did not contact us on the day of check-in.
Later, we arrived near the B&B and called the owner. She said she had something to do at that time and asked us to wait for a while. Finally, after waiting for 20 minutes, she called again. She also said that she could not contact the person to pick us up. Then she asked us to take a car to her other residence.
Since we had too much luggage and it was already 9:30 in the evening, we had no choice but to accept it. During this period, we asked the owner to pick us up and drop us off at the new location, but the person who picked us up didn't arrive. We ended up waiting for about 1.5 hours before going to the new place.
The new place is half the size of the original one, there is no independent toilet compartment, there are people living next to it, and the sound insulation is very poor! But the owner said he had upgraded the room!
It was a very helpless, infuriating, and terrible experience!
It is recommended not to book this room!
