Good until the end The stay was nice. Front desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance were attentive, accommodating and very helpful. Their great service made up for poor service I received the last morning I was there. I decided have breakfast there instead of making a stop on the way home. The lady manning the front of the breakfast buffet basically pounced on me like I was trying to steal breakfast. She was rude and disrespectful.

Not greatest experience I have stayed here in the past. The hotel is in good shape but really could use a refresh. The worst part was service. I woke up to find no coffee podsfor the coffee machine - only tea. I saw a maid outside my room so I asked her for some. She could not speak or understand English at all! She needed me to speak j to her phone for a translation and then still couldn’t understand. I am wondering. If she was even legal. Staff should be able to u see stand and speak English in the US. I ended up having to go downstairs to get coffee.

When I first arrived, the staff was so friendly and helpful. In fact, the Front Desk knew who I was by name and they were so helpful. The room was excitedly clean and spacious. My view was amazing. Will definitely return.

Vacation The young man that worked the front desk was phenomenal...i forgot to get his name but he recognized me from a previous visit. Always on point and makes you feel welcomed!
