The staff was friendly. The facilities were generally clean. The room was quiet with an excellent view of the parking lot. My wife found the red wall to be especially cheerful. The bathroom shower had paint over tile that was slightly peeling. That part was reminiscent of a shoddy motel.

I don’t know how they have such good reviews. I checked in around 10pm to find the room warm, damp, and smelling like mildew. I was able to turn the AC on which was good, but as I turned on the lights I noticed hairs and dust on the baseboards in the bathroom. It looked so gross. And I made the mistake of looking around the mattress; thankfully no visible bed bugs, but spots on the bed skirt that looked like vomit. I talked myself into sleeping, since I had a long travel day, but decided to check out around 7am. I had planned for 3 nights and booked through ******* for

Nice stay at Comfort Inn, Greensboro. Clean room, easy check-in, excellent hot breakfast. Only problem was microwave in room did not work.

The room had a few things that need to be addressed. The cabinets above the bar sink were in horrible condition. The bathroom shower tiles had paint that was peeling in many places
