NOT CLEAN, SMELL BAD, pot party outside our door both nights. had to spray our room it STUNK so bad. Water seeps from bottom of toilet every flush. cut the cold water on in the sink, water sprays on the cabinet and adds to the water already on the floor. no weather seal on the door.

BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE! This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! First, when checking in the desk clerk ignored me, never greeted me, and took his time getting to me. We booked a room with a king bed and a pull out that was supposed to sleep two. The room actually was a queen bed with a chair and ottoman. The room was dark but looking around we could tell the room was not clean. Towels looked like they were never washed from the previous guests. The bedding was old looking and outdated. We went to complain about the room not having the sleeping accommodations it promised so they said they would give us a room with 2 queen beds. We moved to that room and were even more horrified! The bedding, sheets and towels were stained and filthy and the room smelled incredibly musty. We found blood stains, urine stains, and even a bug under the pillow. I have pictures to prove all of this! This place is a complete biohazard! In addition they lie about the accommodations! The two rooms they offered us did not have the sleeping arrangements they promise. You have been warned do not stay here!!

The floors in the room were filthy!!!! I spilled water went to wipe it up and the rag was black from filth. I don’t think it’s been washed in a year that’s how dirty it was

Mediocre at best
Breakfast and check in / check out was fine. Bedding seemed okay except for a few pieces of leaves I found. The bathroom rags were stained and looked pretty rough. Tried not to use those. The door itself didn’t lock except for the safety bar, fine for me but not for some. The flooring had gaps in the planks and it just wasn’t very well cleaned around the based boards or tub. The front lobby has been renovated now it’s time for the rooms…Also pool is gone for those looking for one.

Quality Inn Greenville provided excellent value for our stay. Kim, the receptionist, made check-in a breeze with her friendly and helpful demeanor. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a restful night's sleep
