We loved this place!! The hotel felt like a cozy high end house. Warm and so clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful and had so many high end additions. Such as a toilet that was basically a robot and a tv in the bathroom mirror! Tony’s restaurant within the hotel was top of the line!! Give everything an excellent rating and highly highly recommend!!!

I like the property. Lots of nice touches and very up to date rooms. But the view from our room wasn’t great. I have not yet eaten but the restaurant looks good.

The staff were very accommodating and kind. Even the owner of the restaurant, Tony greeted each table tat the restaurant personally! However, the hotel is not worth the hefty price tag of minimal $500 a night. Breakfast is beyond Mediocre - with no hot options for food, and not comfortable lounging in the lobby.

I have stayed here many times and was always happy.
This stay i was placed in the ‘courtyard” room.
Was like a motel 6 next to the 95 highway.
Didn’t sleep all night.

This is NOT a luxury hotel. I was looking forward to a weekend with my family at a luxury hotel in Greenwich based on the reviews I read. This is not the case for this hotel.
Pros:
- Staff is nice
- Room service was quick
- Rooms were clean
Cons:
- Breakfast is a joke, very small and unhealthy options only
- No privacy in the bathroom as it’s just separated by glass walls, no real door. If someone has to use the toilet the other person in the room will hear everything
- Bed was saggy and we woke up with back pain
- No kettle in room and didn’t receive one after calling reception 3 times
I think this might a good place for young couples, but not for young families if you want to spend some relaxing time by the pool or use any of the other facilities
