Bequia Beachfront Villas

Most amazing property, 5 steps from the beach, full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large veranda with lounge chair, comfy chair and a table and chair. Bernadette the manager was wonderful checking on me everyday and arranged for a taxi to pick me up everyday for dinner. Felt extremely safe

The location of the Bequia Beachfront Villas is very nice. Unfortunately, this was the only positive point of our one week stay in the maisonnette. We experienced the following. 1. VERY BAD MAINTENAINCE - The fridge did not work. - The oven did not work. - The microwave did not work. - Two of the toilets in the sleeping rooms did not work. Only upon our request that at least the fridge and toilets should work, the lady of the house let them repair. 2. ELECTRIC SHOCKS!!!! Despite the fact that most kitchen equipment did not work, we got strong electric shocks when we touched them or even passed by. Bernadette, the lady who takes care of the house, had warned us for this. It was a dangerous and very unpleasant situation, but denied by the owner (George Molin) who lives abroad: “We should not be wet. If we would be in dry clothes in the kitchen, there are no shocks or whatsoever.” However, were in dry clothes in the kitchen……. 3. One of the beds had sandflies or some other animalspecies. After one hour in bed our legs were beaten all over. We slept on the couch in the living room that night. And used another bed for the rest of the week. We were blamed for this situation by the owner. “If you don't wipe yourself properly it will bring-in flies or bugs.”

Amazing stay at Bequia Beachfront Villas. Our room was just a few steps from the sea with a lovely terrace to sit and contemplate the stunning views. Bernadette our host was very helpful. Will definitely be going back!
