The bathroom is small, the hot and cold water taps in the wash basin are separate, and you can't use them. You either get burned or the water is cold. The shower is so small that you can't turn around, and the shower head can't be removed, so the water doesn't spray in a concentrated way, making it hard to wash clean. In short, the price/performance ratio is poor

Because we are afraid of cold, we have already confirmed the electric blanket and the first floor when booking. We were still assigned to the second floor. Because there are elderly people who can't walk up the stairs, we were moved to the first floor. As a result, the electric blanket didn't work. Is it impossible for the whole hotel to adjust to electric blankets? They told us that the only way is to give you an extra mobile heater... This stay experience is the worst experience of our entire trip

Dated hotel that is in need of a spruce.
Not the best hotel and not the best place to stop if you’re a visitor passing through, recommend FJ or Hokitika instead.
Rooms could be cleaner and facilities desperately need a clean.
