Booked this place through Agoda. It is a scam. The previous owner is still taking bookings, despite not owning the place for several months. When we arrived there were already guests in the apartment, who reported that this happens often. Agoda has taken the money, claims that the previous owner has charged them - and no refund has been given. The booking has the previous owners phone number on it, and when called she claims that it should not be bookable (and threatened to call the police on me for accusing her of fraud). Happy to speak to the authorities to bring this to their attention! Whilst it looks like a lovely place - AVOID IT!

Lovely views from our room. Well equipped kitchen. Had heaps of extra blankets and pillows. Close to Launceston and other attractions. Has an onsite Gin distillery and winery. Situated just off the main road but we couldn't hear the traffic noise.
