I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a true small town feel in the middle of the Swiss Alps. The property was amazing and convenient to all attractions, dining and transportation.

At Check in they did not have the room available that we had booked - Room with Bunk Beds for our two Children aged 10 & 12. The only room they had available had a small double bed that was not suitable.
We had booked through ********** which had confirmed it would be a room with Bunk Beds but the Eiger Hotel refused to Honour this - although admitting they had set the room description up wrong on **********.
The decor of the room was very 1970's and 80's as they are planning to convert the apartments into new suites shortly. This was fine, however the lack of investment lead to us having chairs with Broken legs (which came off). They did replace when asked buy it shows a lack of care and attention to customers.

The hotel is a building that looks like a chicken coop by the main road, and the apartment I stayed in is a chalet at the back. The parking lot for the hotel is behind the hotel, but it was convenient to park right next to the apartment building, and it was very quiet. There are 2 single beds in each of the 3 rooms, each room has a closet, there are various kitchenware and dishwasher in the kitchen, and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided in the bathroom. The hair dryer works well, and there is enough space for a dining table and sofa for 6 people. There is a separate ski storage room on the first floor, which is useful for skiing in winter, and there is a space to store boots by the front door of the room. The downside (?) is that the Eiger view doesn't come out very cool, but it seems that I couldn't help it because it was at the back of the building and I stayed on the ground floor. It didn't look like it at all, but it wasn't too bad. This is an accommodation that I am willing to use again next time.

Great location. The front building is a bit obscured, but the view from the terrace is also good. It is enough space for a family trip of 4 people. It is convenient to unload your luggage first in the garage before you pick up the car.

Ich habe mich im dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Mein Zimmer hatte eine kleine Küche und eine Terrasse. Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar und liegt zentral in der kleinen Stadt. Das Ein- bzw. Auschecken war sehr angenehm, Melanie ist sehr freundlich.

청소를 안해주시긴 하는데 처음엔 깨끗했어서 그냥 묵었어요
그리고 수건은 요청하면 갖다주십니다
추가 서비스도 정말 좋아요 헬스장에 퍼블릭 스파가 무료고
와인도 인당 한잔씩 무료로 줘요
그리고 근처 스포츠센터에서 무료로 수영도 할 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요
주방딸린 방이라 음식도 해먹을 수 있어 좋았네요
냉장고랑 후라이팬, 냄비 등 있어서 좋아요
대신 집게랑 가위 없어서 고기 먹으면 칼로 자르셔야 하고 전자레인지도 없는 것 같습니다
그린델발트 역이랑도 가깝고 피르스트 곤돌라 승강장이랑 쿱도 근처에 있어요
전체적으로 만족했습니다
