The hotel is great. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. There are not many people at this season and it is not crowded. There are not many people in the infinity pool at noon. It is basically reserved. I have to come again for this pool haha
The staff's service is great. I can't fault it. It's highly recommended~

Booked two nights but didn't go to the swimming pool. The whole pool was very turbid. The spa room was mixed with men and women. The room was old but the view was good. The transportation was also convenient.

The hotel is less than ten minutes away from Grindelwald Station, and there is no pressure to find it with luggage. The balcony facing the Eiger is so beautiful, and you can also see the wonderful scene of a double rainbow while it is raining.
