What a joke, staff couldn't fix an issue first room had a filthy bathroom dirty towels hanging up and trash. They did give us a second room but somehow it got worse. Bathroom did appear to be cleaner. However, the bed sheets and comforter were stained up and dingy definitely should've been trashed not used again. The kicker though, there was a pile of animal sh*t in the corner of the room. Thank God for covid taking sense of smell. After these issues were brought up the staff apologized and told us that sometimes it happens.

Room had mode in the ceiling, carpet had wholes. Bed sheets had cigarette burns, and old blood stains two night at 3 am room above a lots of noise . The other thing it puts down dog friendly. I have stayed here before I’ve never been charged for keeping my dog in the room. This time I got charged $40. It would be nice that on the website and it would state that there is a fee for having dogs.

Property had a general need of maintenance. The rooms were very clean, but outside trim, and lounge chair in room were shabby.

Good enough for a one night stay driving cross country! Front desk lady, Jill, was lovely. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t open on time, but if it’s just one person on staff 24 hrs, I don’t blame them.

Would not stay there again. The room was very musty, i woke up sick my 6th morning. Staff very nice, price was great ( but non-refundable). Location was awesome, but noisy. Could hear people stomping and slamming doors. Was woke up to the sound of roof repairs. Not good when you are sick

It smelled and was old and not clean they need to update it and replace the carpets and bedspreads. Wouldn’t stay again

The room was dirty, when I walked into the lobby it was very humid and hot. There was no water pressure in shower and took forever to heat up. My window leaked and the A/C unit was broke. I found another persons sock under the bed which means the rooms aren’t getting cleaned.

Will never stay in this hotel again!Could not sleep cause of smell and people slamming doors all night.The motel stinks !It needs cleaned and updated.

The walls are SUPER thin!! There is no monitoring of noise levels in the hallways.
