Well, I saw the old reviews in relation to "dirty" / "Incompetent staff" and so on, the reviews are dated 2014....anno 2023...nothing changed. We stayed for 1 night and booked an Easter breakfast, apart from a couple of small chocolate eggs... The room was honnestly very dirty and noisy, at 03:00 in the morning our neighbours came home from a very cheerfull evening. Probably the ideal place for bachelor parties, if you re with the family .. avoid the place. In the morning problem was mentionned to the reception....very unprofessional attitude, hospitality business is something which is totally unknown to staff. 200 Euro a night, 15 euro breakfast are not worth the money, there are more than enough B&B in the neighboorhood or Van der Valk alternatives. Being a frequent traveller privately and business wise this hotel is probably in the top 3 of worst experience of the last 10 years.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay very much. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us a very good rate. The apartment is not big but very tastefully decorated. It has a separate bedroom, a small kitchen and a balcony. It was super clean and comfortable. During our stay we only experienced friendly faces and a super service of the people at the front desk.

Ratten in de fietsenstalling en ratten voor het hotel, natte asbakken vol peuken op terras, schimmel in nachtkastje, schimmel in badkamer, gordijnen vies. Onvriendelijk personeel. Geen aandacht voor klachten. Gespaard voor ons 4 jarig samenzijn maar verdrietig naar huis . Nooit meer .

Super fijne wellness ruimte en sportcentrum. Leuke studio met alle voorzieningen beschikbaar. Bediening heel leuk, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ligging hotel is perfect met allerlei bezienswaardigheden en Duitsland dichtbij.

Een ideale plek om met een groot gezin 4 kinderen met aanhang en 7 kleinkinderen te logeren. Er is een grote gemeenschappelijk ruimte en iedereen heeft ook zijn eigen appartement met badkamer en keuken. het zwembad is binnendoor vanuit het appartement te bereiken. Bovendien zijn de medewerkers erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Wij hebben daar een geweldig weekend gehad in een prachtige bosrijke omgeving.

Nette lobby, redelijk schoon hotel. Receptie sluit om 17.00 uur, evenals de voordeur, na die tijd binnen door een zijdeur, Parkeergelegenheid te over. Kamer aardig groor, piepklein balkonnetje. Ontbijt wordt per tafel geserveerd. Verhouding prijs/kwaliteit zeer aanvaardbaar.

Ruim opgezet en vriendelijk personeel, maar de kamers waren erg gedateerd en niet voorzien van airco, wat wel wenselijk is met hoge temperaturen. Het keukenblokje wat voorzien was van een wasbak met kraan, kon geen koud water leveren.. alleen lauw of warm water. Erg typerend, want in de badkamer kon dit wel.

Vriendelijk personeel, zijn helemaal te wille, alleen deze accommodatie is niet echt een plek voor een koppeltje. Wij verbleven in een hotel-kamer studio, boven de nachtingang, erg lawaaierig met thuiskomend uitgaansvolk. De kamer is ruim maar zeer kaal ingericht, zeer klein balkon

De ontvangst was goed en vriendelijk. De kamer was helaas slordig afgewerkt en het servies ed was heel vies. Daarnaast is het super gehorig. Je hoort zelf het doortrekken van de wc. Wij zaten naast Poolse mensen die heel luidruchtig waren. Als je daar dus snel last van hem is dit echt geen aanrader. Helaas kan er ook geen raam open in de slaapkamer en in de woonkamer alleen een deur. De goede ontvangst, sauna en zwembad en de ligging zijn de enige pluspunten. Ik zou deze accommodatie niet aanraden aan anderen.
