The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The balcony wasn’t very welcoming, old- fashioned and the mountain views a bit disappointing.

Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Room cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom lacks amenities, even though it's a 4-star hotel. Restaurant and cafeteria service is limited and could be improved.

Hotel well located if you need to be near the hospital, about a 10-minute drive from the AVE station. The facilities are generally good, although the rooms show signs of age. Friendly staff and a generally positive stay.

Good facilities and everything quite clean. With free outdoor parking.

We loved it; It's a shame that we had little time to appreciate and enjoy it in depth. The room is spacious and silent from outside noises. Great breakfast. If I return to the city I will repeat
