Room was very dirty. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Did not have towels nor toilet paper when we arrived. When asked for towels they said they no longer hand any and had to wait 1 hour til they dried.

The property looks really dirty and old. The room doesn't have items like shampoo, toilet paper... You should go to the desk and ask for them.

Our showers had mold all around aswell as inside the toilet and sink. The carpet looked like it haven’t been vacuumed in a while. Our lights kept going on and off all night. Small roaches behind the bathroom doors. The outside is beautiful but definitely no clean rooms.

The outdoor of the castle was nice, good for pictures but that’s all. The rooms are horrible, smelly, dirty, not taken care of and the blankets were dirty and had hairs!

I didn't like that the room is so old, I know it's a castle but the room inside is so old and the cleaning is no really good the sink and the mirror were dirty

I loved staying at the place as it is a cool experience. However, we never got more toilet paper and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff was amazing I would recommend this place just for the type of stay it is and friendly staff. But it needs work when it comes to how clean the rooms are and how often they deliver items. We asked for the paper our second day there. They said they were waiting on it’s delivery. So we waited and we never received any. We just ended up buying our own.

This hotel was so disappointing. The room was dirty. Sheets had hair and stains on them. The walls were dirty. Dead bugs on the wall, bathroom was moldy including the shower, the toilet was leaking water all over the floor. We were told they could find us another room but it would cost extra then later they gave us a key to another room to see if we wanted to move. That room was just as filthy. We had to spend our first day of vacation looking for other accommodations which we did at an extra expense of $600.00. We asked for a refund they refused and said we had to go through ******* which I have. I'm waiting for a response.
