The cleaning lady was really kind! Her cleaning was good.
The property itself needs care. Bathroom smelt like sewer gas. Most of them do, no P-traps.
Balcony room very noisy from the outside street at all hours of the night.
None of the doors are sealed good, you can see towards the hallway. And you can see towards the outside.

The place is older. No windows to exterior in some rooms. But you do get windows to hallway. You can hear everything. Not recommended if your a light sleeper and have a problem with stairs. If you can’t carry you luggage up the stairs, also not recommended because before you can get to reception area you have to climb up stairs. Google will take you to an entrance that does not exist. The entrance is on the main busy street and look for the restaurant signs. Also a clinic below the hotel. Wear a mask if COVID fear.

Close to everything. For the price, decent value. Staff very nice. Street rooms a bit noisy. Upstairs rooms quieter.

Acabamos de visitar el hotel, desde que llegamos el personal de recepción muy amable, llegamos antes del check in y se ofrecieron a cuidar nuestro equipaje, por lo que nos dio tiempo de visitar un poco la ciudad hasta que nuestra habitación estuviera lista. Habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas. Reportamos un desperfecto en la TV y su personal muy amable y eficientemente nos ayudó. Lo que nos gustó también del hotel aparte de que está céntrico, es que está una farmacia debajo que cuenta con consultas médicas. El restaurante está delicioso, igual la atención no decepcionó, servicio rápido. Tomaron en cuenta que no puedo comer picante y se ofrecieron a ponerle una salsa deliciosa no picante a mis chilaquiles, se agradece bastante. Carmen nos dejó muy limpia nuestra habitación, gracias! Por último, al momento del check out nos permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje mientras íbamos a dar una última vuelta a la ciudad. Definitivamente recomendable y volveremos aquí Gracias Hotel Santa Rita y a todo su valioso personal!!

Quiero dar las gracias especialmente a Citlalli Luna, Estefania Flores, Jose Delgado y la señora del mantenimiento estas 4 personas son lo mejor del hotel. Realmente te hacen sentir bien y te colaboran en todo. El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación, solo podrían los dueños hacer un poco mas bonitas las habitaciones. Pero es un buen hotel precio-ubicacion.

En general bien, lo único malo es que el estacionamiento es caro aún y cuando te dicen que existe convenio con la empresa que resguarda tu auto, pero $200 por día es excesivo y abusivo.
Limpieza y ubicación muy buenas.
Llegas caminando a todos los lugares de interés

Lo bueno: la ubicación, habitaciones limpias. Lo malo: habitaciones muy pequeñas, simplemente son unos cuartos arriba de una farmacia, es super ruidoso y esto si quiero recalcarlo porque a mi me dieron las primeras 2 habitaciones del pasillo y simplemente no descansamos, aunque es céntrico lo que tienes en la calle es también ruidoso y locales comerciales comunes. Por último y no menos importante es caro para lo que obtienes, creo que la mitad de precio de lo que cobran sería lo justo.
