已經預訂成功了，去開房間的時候前台讓我取消訂單説沒有房間了。我説要投訴前台説隨便投訴無所謂，跟前台掰扯半天説給我一個房間，還是兩個小床拼接一起的，跟我預訂的都不是同一個房型。就這服務態度開什麼酒店，讓人噁心。

説實話，房間設施都不錯，但是衞生要跟進了，不然跟不上兩三百的房價啊，一共訂了兩次。
第一次去的時候比較早，房間才打掃出來，馬桶是關着的，過去一看非常明顯的灰塵，這是擦都沒擦啊。
第二次晚上入住太晚了，進去枕頭上邊有兩個蟲子。

新裝修的酒店，在老城附近，吃喝方便，後面就是河道，有散步的步道。酒店房間面積大，對街房間隔音效果理想。燈光佈局合理，機器人送貨服務保護私隱。給好評。
