非常滿意！酒店設施很新，工作人員都很熱情，一進大廳就感覺十分氣派，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞是我喜歡的風格，酒店位置選的很好，旁邊就是政務大廳辦事非常方便，早餐種類也很多，味道也不錯，入住還送了零食禮包，整體都很滿意！

酒店位於萬達當時看了很多家酒店最終選擇了悦森酒店，沒有想到給我驚喜到了，一進酒店大廳前台工作人員非常有禮貌服務非常好，還推薦了附近的美食，房間是我喜歡的裝修風格很乾凈很衞生，洗護用品很好用，床上用品很乾凈睡着舒服，早餐很豐盛品種特別多，還可以免費延長15點退房，停車場非常大地面地下都可以停，可惜的是當時忘記拍照了。

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店位置特別好，離萬達廣場走路幾分鐘。訂的臨湖房視野超棒，推窗就是湖景，白天風光很美。酒店設施也很貼心，配備了西門子的洗烘套裝，還贈送了洗衣液，對長住或有洗衣需求的住客很友好。房間裏還有4瓶農夫山泉礦泉水，細節到位。電視可以投屏，看劇非常方便。
早餐是自助餐，品種挺豐富的，味道也不錯。酒店整體裝修簡潔舒適，衞生乾淨，服務人員態度也很好，有什麼需求都能及時響應。
總的來説性價比真的很高，環境、設施、服務都在線，非常值得推薦！

服務態度和效率雙雙在線！從入住到退房，全程流程順暢，工作人員熱情周到，有問必答、有求必應，細節處盡顯用心，客房大姐客氣禮貌打招呼，房間衞生乾淨清爽，床品潔白乾凈，坐在沙發上看外面的風景盡收眼底，強烈推薦給大家！

酒店位置很好，萬達走路十多分鐘，還有居民小區附近的飯店也可以選擇。入住贈送了零食禮包，很貼心，房間乾淨整潔無異味，電視超大屏超清晰，洗澡水很舒服，早餐也安逸，早餐自助的咖啡機是目前遇到最好的，沒有之一。地上地庫都可以停車，物超所值。唯一遺憾是沒有升級噴泉景觀房間，當晚有團隊入住，後半夜有點吵。

到廣元出差，在網上選擇了這家新開的，評分較高的酒店，懷着滿滿的期待，沒想到卻給了我們當頭一棒！到了酒店大門外，剛把車停好，就有一穿便裝的男子過來，以命令的、不容商量的口氣，説門前在施工，勒令我們把車停後面去！看樣子，不是施工人員就是老闆，想着異地他鄉，咱服從安排，乖乖把車停後面停車場去了。入住過程還是順暢，前台員工也算熱情，這一點，得點贊！但進了房間，衞生間的垃圾桶，給了我一個大大的驚喜（有圖為證）——垃圾桶裏居然有使用過的衞生紙！這衞生質量，讓人不敢恭維！必須差評！晚上熬夜加班，第二天早上起來的晚，去吃早餐的時候，已經在收餐了，問還能吃早餐嗎？服務人員丟過來一句：過早餐時間了，吃不了了，然後轉頭收拾去了，留下我們站那裡尷尬和凌亂！評論裏説的好服務呢？哪裡去了？
