Beautiful hotel, very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The people working there are very friendly. The location is also excellent with a nice shopping center crossing the street where you can go nice shopping and find nice places to eat. Guang Yuan and its surroundings are lovely and definitely worth to spend a couple of days there. I recommend this hotel highly.

1. There was a hole in the underground garage. I stepped on it when I got out of the car. My whole leg was injured. What kind of property management is this? The hotel didn't show any concern or greeting. The service was really bad. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it to friends.
2. The room on the 2510th floor kept making ding-dong noises at night. I don't know what it was doing. Doesn't the hotel have room staff to patrol at night?
