I appreciated so much that they helped me pass the parcel I needed to return to the delivery man! It’s a standard comfy hotel, though the design was a tad old school. Breakfast was decent too.

Pros: The hotel is easy to find, convenient to check in, and the rooms are clean and warm.
Disadvantages: Close to the square, too noisy. The pillows are uncomfortable and the bed is too hard. Only one room key was given on the first day, and another one was given after a complaint. Other guests were noisy and the children upstairs were jumping for a long time.
Advice: The hotel should establish noise management rules, but no one cares. The noise makes it impossible to rest. There are some minor issues, but I will only mention the main ones here.优点：酒店位置好找，入住方便，房间干净温暖。
缺点：靠近广场，太吵。枕头不舒服，床太硬。第一天只有一张房卡，投诉后才多给了一张。其他客人很吵，楼上的孩子跳了很久。
建议：酒店应该制定噪音管理规定，但没人管。噪音让人无法休息。还有一些小问题，但这里只提主要的。

Always a regular here (6th time staying) given the convenient location and spacious rooms. Breakfast options are also diverse with Western and Chinese selections, just that some rooms can be a tad bit noisy given the hotel being in the heart of the main city area.

酒店位於廣元市區繁華地段，休閑娛樂場所、購物商場、便利店和美食遍佈周邊，非常方便。
房間雖不大，但乾淨衞生整潔，設施基本齊全，衞生間沐浴間乾濕分離，沐浴露和洗髮水的香味很令我喜歡😄。床墊柔軟，枕頭也不錯，睡覺比較舒服。房間挨着廣場，關上窗户，也比較安靜。
前台服務人員的工作態度非常好，熱心周到體貼👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
早餐的種類比較豐富，適合絕大部分客人的口味👌🏻

安全隱患➕漠視責任➕背刺，由於酒店地面濕滑摔傷，態度和賠償敷衍，令人噁心氣憤。
事件經過:
本人於4.18因酒店大堂地面濕滑且未設定防滑警示標識，導致不慎滑倒，當場疼痛難忍。經當地人民醫院診斷後，多處軟骨損傷，主要為右手，右臉腫了約一週，醫生開具全休一週的證明。
酒店處理態度:
事故發生後，酒店雖陪同就醫，但後續協商中推諉責任，僅願按廣元市最低標準賠償1000元（實際未收到，並且遠低於實際誤工費500元/天+生活費+營養費）。多次溝通無果，管理人員態度冷漠，拒絕提供合理解決方案，完全無視《消費者權益保護法》中關於安全保障義務的規定，甚至強迫我去住院才賠付。
體驗影響:
此次事故不僅造成身體痛苦，還導致工作收入損失（因右手受傷無法工作），而酒店敷衍的賠償態度更令人心寒。
建議：
謹慎選擇此酒店!安全隱患未整改，事後無擔當，高端品牌卻無基本責任感。若意外受傷，您的合理訴求可能被漠視。
背刺情況：
升級套房報給我180元/晚，報給我同行人160元/晚，以至於公司懷疑我貪污差價20元/晚，造成我名譽受損。
環境：很吵，有KTV晚上11：30還在蹦迪，有廣場舞音樂放到晚上九點，還有學校一早放廣播。

第二次入住歡朋，還是一樣的舒心舒適。房間佈局合理衞生細節很不錯，大落地窗俯瞰利州區市景。辦理入住時前台Alice和叮叮兩位姑娘非常熱情耐心周到，還給小朋友們贈送了可愛小禮物。早餐種類豐富味道也很棒~總之來廣元首選歡朋，性價比不要太高~推薦！

長者自駕旅行，入住體驗挺。客房環境舒適，住得放心；周邊配套合適，出行方便。就是停車場停車時偶遇流動商販，讓長者買了東西，還提到説停車場燈光較暗摔了一下，好在上樓反饋工作人員能夠及時溝通，並主動要求帶去看一看。長者覺得態度就讓人很舒心。
