房間雖然不大，但是能夠滿足基本要求，沒有空調，根據天氣情況看是否入住，公用衞浴，但實際上並不打擠，因為此房型，酒店衹有兩間，老闆很熱情，床鋪被套還是比較乾淨，有洗衣機和涼衣服的地方，對於想節約一點的來説，一個人出行的話，是個不錯的選擇。

坐落於嘉陵江支流南河邊，環境十分親水美好，離汽車客運站不遠，交通十分方便，離濕地公園鳳凰山公園都很近。房間不用熱水壺，提供公共熱水喝。
