浴室的花灑都爛掉，沒有噴頭，洗澡就是拿個水管……晚上十一點多就沒熱水了，早上七點也沒熱水……廁所門的把手也沒了，門也關不上……床緊貼着浴室玻璃……沒電梯沒窗户這些跟上面比起來都不值一提了……大家三思謹慎選擇！
