Tiancheng Grand Hotel

I took my wife and children on a trip during the Qingming Festival and it was a great stay. I booked a deluxe suite, and the check-in requirements were as high as possible, and I ended up staying on the 17th floor. The room is really big, with a bedroom + living room layout. The biggest highlight is the almost 270-degree river view. Especially in the living room area, you can have an unobstructed view of the Jialing River and the Ferris wheel on the riverside, which is very beautiful especially when it is lit up at night. It takes less than five minutes to walk from the hotel to the river. It is very comfortable to walk along the river. At the same time, there are many restaurants, barbecues, hot pots, etc. on the river. In the evening, the river breeze is blowing here, and there is nothing to eat. In one word - comfortable . If you just want to eat simply, there are two hot pot restaurants with good business opposite the hotel. There are also several local snack bars within 100 meters of turning left. You can’t go wrong with a blind selection. As for the hotel's own breakfast buffet, it's pretty good and worthy of the price. Details: The hotel actually prepares stationery for children, which is very surprising and in place (everyone knows that children are very busy nowadays, and even in second grade, they have to bring their homework with them when they go out to play) As for traveling, no matter the distance, taking a taxi is very convenient. The hotel is very close to Huangze Temple, and the room is close to the river. The staff's attitude is also very good. Not only did they provide a welcome fruit plate, they also proactively asked if they would like milk and white fungus before going to bed. However, because the air conditioner was set to only heat, the whole room felt stuffy and hot due to the sudden rise in climate (I thought the air conditioner was broken, and I called an air conditioner to check). It would have been more comfortable to turn on the cooling mode, but Because it could only heat, I had to turn off the air conditioner and open the ventilation window. Also, it was very close to the train station, so I could hear the whistle of the train entering the station all night long. I originally used this place as a stopover for a long trip, but I didn't sleep well. It is recommended to adjust the air conditioning settings instead of simply setting it to cooling or heating. After all, everyone's perception of temperature is different.

這家我也不知道是幾星的酒店，在廣元這個房價至少4星以上。 設施：設施設備陳舊不説，維護的也不好。入住時的床品有摺痕。 服務：無禮賓，無接待，前台有三位美女。但是確實都很忙。其中一位短髮美女看樣子應該前台負責人，當時是因為來參加朋友婚禮，攜程定了房沒辦入住，準備去爬鳳凰山，想先把一個包寄存在前台，前台告知我們在哪裡參加婚禮就寄存在幾樓，我告知我們有訂房才讓我們寄存在前台。確實不清楚宴會廳不是酒店的嗎？不讓寄存就算了，全程那個臉我也不知道為什麼會那麼垮，我是來消費，不是來找氣受。跟着另外一位陌生入住的客人在前台生氣問他們服務員是不是回家睡覺了，他房卡沒打開門，給前台打電話等了20幾分鐘沒人理他。他衹能下來刷卡，客人很生氣但是沒有過分的言語，刷好卡就走了。這位短髮美女，當著前台那麼多客人説了一句“有病吧”。我想請問酒店就是這樣管理的？看了前台這些態度後，對酒店其他的不敢又更多要求。 環境：靠着嘉陵江，風景還是很好，出行也很便利。 確實生意也很好，所以可能也不在乎這些細節管理吧。

400多的價格不貴，在廣元也不算低。 説是五星級，前台服務沒有一點熱情親切，非常機械冷漠，房間夠大，設施老舊，三星標準吧，更誇張的是臨街的房間晚上温度28.5度，房間中央空調是個擺設，期間打電話服務員來調試也沒作用，一直折騰到半夜兩點困到不行才能入睡。整體體驗太一般了

服務很好，地理位置好，夜景非常漂亮，送的水果很貼心。就是設施老舊，不太像5星酒店的標準。衞生間和浴室的門用起來很彆扭。2樓中餐廳去了，沒有看到一個服務員。

房間乾淨舒適，服務周到，景觀超美！退休後夫妻二人自駕成都路過此地，中轉休息一天！收到意外驚喜！房間漂亮，江景美麗絢爛！

房間還行，因為怕吵，前台安排的是比較安靜的方向，也能看到嘉陵江，樓層服務員也熱情，還特意贈了歡迎水果。

這一年來了廣元幾次，每次都入住天成大酒店，廣元同級別也沒幾個可選項，跟另外幾個酒店相比該酒店地理地處老城區，位置最好，吃飯娛樂都很方便，老酒店設施較為陳舊，特別不滿意花灑！

這是到廣元天氣不好，還碰到了大堵車，不過唯一讓人舒心的就是這是酒店的入住。酒店能成樓層很高很安靜，周邊的環境也很好，窗外就是江邊的美景。
