DoubleTree by Hilton Stays in Guangzhou

The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. Upon learning it was our first stay and an anniversary trip, they surprised us with a floral welcome and even upgraded us to an Executive room. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. From the higher floors of the hotel, you can enjoy a distant view of Canton Tower.

I specifically booked this hotel for Li Jian's concert. It was during the Canton Fair, so the occupancy rate was very high, but that didn't diminish the service quality at all. As a Ctrip member, I had executive lounge access and even had dinner there. I took the hotel's shuttle bus directly to the concert venue. The breakfast was excellent, and the room facilities were great, with a lovely park view from the window. The front desk even gave me a small gift when I checked out. I was extremely satisfied with my entire stay.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Guangzhou Zengcheng was absolutely fantastic! ✨ The hotel is conveniently located in Zengcheng District, making it easy to get around. The ambiance is grand and elegant, and both the public areas and my room were spotless. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept soundly all night long – truly peaceful. I have to give a special shout-out to the staff. They were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions and resolved any issues promptly. Their attention to detail was wonderful and made me feel so cared for. The entire check-in process was relaxed and comfortable. Overall, the quality was excellent, and the experience was top-notch. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zengcheng. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
