What a gem of a hotel! Enthusiast, helpful staff from front desk to maids in the hallway to the breakfast chef and servers to the amazing massage therapist Miss Poon in the spa! I was tired and ragged when I arrived late at night, but woke the next day to a delicious and nourishing breakfast, and then received a two-hour massage that completely revived and energized me. At check-out, I redeemed my free coffee coupon in their beautiful coffee bar for a delicious iced latte, and it was the perfect touch to a wonderful five-star stay. Thank you so much!!! 💐💐💐👏👏

It’s a cozy hotel conveniently located right next to a mall that features a supermarket in the basement, five floors of great and affordable restaurants, and even a McDonald’s. The metro subway is just next door, and as an added bonus, guests can enjoy free use of the self-service laundry machines. The staff are also very helpful and can assist you in getting a cab to the airport.

Hotel hardware is ok and hygiene is it satisfied. Well decoration of the lobby and room. Located in prime area and easy for commuters traveling.
However, the front desk staff neglect to to check whether the reservation included breakfast or not, unless it make request and provide breakfast coupon. Also some coupons included can only have as requested again, however it is already included in in trip.com platform when making booking.
Overall it is ok for either business travelers and leisure makers.

Overall, the location is excellent, and the room size is just right. We stayed in a twin-bedded room. Getting here from the airport was easy — just take Line 1 to Tiyu Xilu, then transfer to Line 3 towards Gangding. We also received a complimentary daily welcome coffee during our stay, which was a nice touch!
