The staff were helpful and friendly, with 24/7 service available. I stayed for just one night during a flight transfer, and it was very convenient. The room was clean, and overall, it’s a great choice at a very reasonable price.

Customer service at the front counter was extremely disappointing and rude. As I’m using an international mobile number, I was unable to place a food delivery order due to OTP verification issues. I approached the counter for assistance, but the staff member (name tag 001) on 26/03/2025 evening simply told me to use a hotel number without offering any real help. When I explained that OTP verification was required, I was told she could not assist don’t continuing her stuffs, giving me a face that I owned you something which was very frustrating and helpless standing at the counter. What made the situation worse was that after noticing my dissatisfaction with the answer replied, she eventually offered to place the order on my behalf. This left me wondering—why not assist from the beginning? It would have been a simple act goodwill as customer service, especially for a foreign guest. I was fully willing to pay cash for the service which I have offered during the conversation. Ended up I don’t wanna order anymore it’s totally unnecessary and unacceptable seeking a small favour just to help for a foreign traveller. I have never encountered such a poor customer service in any hotel chains in China, and this is the first time I’ve considered giving a 1-star review to the front desk employee that serve me. While the staff who checked me earlier in were very polite and helpful before she went off work and changed shift, this particular front-line experience left a very negative impression for the hotel especially towards international guest. I believe hotel management should seriously look into improving how staff handle guest interactions, especially with international travelers. Additionally, the room cleanliness needs improvement. I found male hairs under the pillow and beneath the mattress cover, which made it seem like the bedsheets had not been properly changed before check-in. Overall, this experience has made me reconsider staying at this hotel again for future trips unless service will be improved especially customer service. Wanted to rate 1 stars but I give a 3 stars instead because of the check in process is smooth with the earlier staff experiences is very good with good recommendation of surrounding food and where to go. Overall stay is good and fine just the customers service front line need to be improved especially dealing with international traveller. oo
