The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. The place was very clean, and the environment was excellent. The self-service tea was delicious. The 24-hour airport shuttle is a huge plus! Amazing, really great. I'll definitely be back next time.

Real stay experience: Extremely disappointed, a complete nightmare from start to finish, do not recommend! This was by far the worst stay experience. Problems started right from check-in, with a complete lack of basic service awareness. The front desk staff arbitrarily assigned the wrong room type, which was completely inconsistent with my booking. When I immediately brought this to their attention, they not only failed to proactively resolve the issue or apologize, but instead shirked responsibility and were rude throughout, showing zero professionalism. It was utterly repulsive. I paid to stay here for comfort and rest, not to be treated badly and brushed off. The hotel management is chaotic, the service attitude is terrible, problem-solving efficiency is extremely low, and they completely disrespect guests' time and rights. I honestly don't recommend anyone choose this place. Avoid it at all costs!

The hotel room was very comfortable and well-equipped, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. We arrived late at night, and they even offered a complimentary bowl of noodles. The hotel also provides a shuttle service, which is very convenient; just remember to check the schedule and book in advance!

The room has great natural light and is spacious, with complete and practical amenities. The staff are friendly, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. We were here for plane spotting, and for that, the location was excellent and quite close to the airport. The hotel facilities were all well-equipped, a really good place.

The hotel upgraded my room to a Mengbilibo zero-pressure room, which was fantastic! The pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable. The laundry room was a real highlight, provided by Blue Moon.
