However, we would like to clarify two points: Our air conditioning was just replaced last month, and the heating effect has been tested and adjusted. If you feel the temperature is not enough upon check-in, please contact the front desk immediately, and we will send a technician to check it right away. We believe that timely resolution will definitely make your stay more comfortable. Also, regarding the location, our hotel is right next to a crossroads, with a zebra crossing right outside. We have expedited the investigation and rectification of the pilling and lint issues you reported and will not tolerate any negligence. Regarding your allergy, we understand that allergies are complex (environment, constitution, etc. can all have an impact).
