Secondly, we would like to clarify that you repeatedly urged us to expedite your room check-in (check-in time is 2:00 PM, but you started asking for a room at 9:30 AM). We were ultimately able to accommodate you at 12:00 PM, a move made possible through extensive coordination and communication, and through expedited work. However, you expressed dissatisfaction with the room's cleanliness, including some permanent deterioration (e.g., floor discoloration), which we find difficult to accept. We also repeatedly offered to re-arrange cleaning services to address the areas you complained about, but you refused. You also threatened to arrange an early check-in in exchange for your positive review, but ultimately failed to do so. We are deeply disappointed.

Response from Property: Hello, based on your evaluation, our hotel attaches great importance to it and verifies each of your feedback. We found that your evaluation is not true and does not conform to the situation of our hotel. We now reply as follows: 1. The room has accurate area measurement of the relevant department of the Housing Administration Bureau. The single-story area is 49 square meters and the double-story area is more than 100 square meters. There is an independent large bed on each floor and a completely independent bathroom on each floor. The corresponding lounge is also as shown in the house introduction picture. The area you mentioned is real on site and is exactly the same as the picture shown in our store. 2. Our store is an apartment-style hotel. Apartment hotels in China are all of this type, and it is also clearly shown in the external environment display of our store. The apartment's facade, lobby, corridors, elevator hall and other public spaces are clearly displayed, which you can clearly see before booking; 3. The two-story layout is a unified arrangement by the developer. This layout is called dual-key, which is a very common apartment layout in China. Many guests in the reviews of this room type also mentioned that it has two floors. If you don't want to go up and down stairs, you can also choose two sets of rooms on the lower floor. We did not receive any feedback from you during your stay, and you did not stay "every day" and only stayed for one night; 4. Regarding induction cookers and so-called pots, dishes and other supplies, our store's listing clearly states that cooking is not allowed. You clearly knew before booking that the room does not have cooking function; Regarding laundry The listing does not mention a clothes drying function, and the washing machines are all drums, so the clothes are basically dry after washing. In addition, each room on each floor is equipped with an open wardrobe and clothes hangers for drying clothes. Even if there are not enough hangers, you can get more from the front desk. There is no such thing as no clothes drying hangers as you said; 5. The so-called lounge and small kitchen area you mentioned are exactly the same as the pictures shown in our store. You were fully aware of the interior layout of the room before booking; 6. Disposable bath towels are products of national standards, and our store is equipped with 60g thick disposable bath towels. For the sake of personal hygiene, we spend a higher cost to provide disposable bath towels; if you need ordinary reusable bath towels, you can also report it to the housekeeper. 7. Whether the room rate is worth it is a matter of opinion. Thank you for your appreciation of our cleanliness. As for the other points you mentioned about not being able to give points, we have clearly and solemnly responded as above. None of them are true, and you were clearly aware of them and we clearly disclosed them before booking. 8. One additional note: According to our cancellation policy, we have the right to refuse a cancellation without a valid reason after your stay. Since you did not provide any reason for your cancellation, we agreed to the cancellation out of the principle of customer service first. However, this does not mean that we endorse the unreasonable and untrue comments you mentioned above. This is for the reference of other guests. Reviews are not just yours. We've sent a team including the manager, house-keeper to double check the problem you reacted. First, according to your booking, you booked a normal big bedroom without any view so that there was beside to the other building. If you want a great view room(the city view or the river view room), I suppose you to book the River-view big bedroom or the City-view big bedroom. Secondly, there's laundry machine in the front desk and you can call us to service this for you for free. Thirdly, for the customers' safety and cleaner, we provide one-time use towels which you can change everyday during staying in the hotel. Most of the customers think that is greater so we do this. If you needed normal towel, you can also tell us and we'll offer that one, but pls let us know. Last, we only told that if you approved the stay in the hotel and the service we offer, we're glad to see you leave a 5-star review but it all depends on you. We do so just to courage customers to leave a truly review for us, all is your freedom.

Our hotel is located in the core urban area of Guangzhou, about a few hundred meters away from the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. It is also very convenient to take a taxi or drive by car. In addition, there are many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs from the apartment, making life very convenient.
