The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Beijing Road. There are many great food options nearby, and it's not far from tourist attractions either. Highly recommended! The only downside is that someone on the same floor or next door was smoking, and the smell was very strong. Also, during heavy rain, the window leaked a bit. If possible, I'd suggest the host replace the window latch.

Its a pleasant stay for our family. First of all, thank you to Care Taker who attend to our request whenever they are. Cleanest: Rated 4.7/5. Small deduction of 0.3 for bathroom cleanliness & some leaking stain on the wall. Bedsheets are perfectly clean & pillow and mattress are comfortable too. Location: Fantastic distance to Beijing Pedestrian road. Walking to subway requires less than 10minutes. The building looks like commercial building and many operator are converting it into apartments unit. Read some comments about the lift slow from others but for us waiting time for lift is acceptable. Service: The housekeeping is daily unless you request not to. Amenities: Disposable towel and toiletries are provided. Mineral water also refill daily. Washing machine cum dryer and full set of kitchen appliances from dishwasher, coffee machine and more but we didn’t use it. Even have automated Mah Jiong table. Only TV channel required VIP subscription but its ok we dont need it. Broom and dust pan are provided in the apartment and i can sweep the floor wherever dusty and hair on the floor.

I had a fantastic stay! The Loft-style guesthouse was incredibly clean and tidy, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location is superb – there are all sorts of restaurants and shops right downstairs, which was super convenient. Plus, it's less than a 10-minute walk to both the pedestrian street and the Great Buddha Temple, making it really easy to get around. I especially want to thank the host; they were incredibly warm and responsible. I accidentally left some personal belongings after checking out, and the host thoughtfully arranged to have them couriered to Shenzhen for me. I was really touched – the service truly exceeded my expectations! Overall, it was an excellent experience. Everything, from the environment and location to the service, was outstanding. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and will recommend it to my friends too! 👍

I had a wonderful stay at Tourbobook on Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. The location is excellent, right by Gongyuanqian Station, making it very convenient to get around. There are also plenty of eateries and shops all around, which made exploring and dining really easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was consistently attentive with fast responses whenever I needed assistance. Check-in and extension were seamless, which made the whole experience stress-free. The only downside was the waiting time for the lift, which could be a bit long during peak hours. Other than that, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Overall: Great location with many food options nearby, excellent service, and a comfortable stay — highly recommended!
