Very good and easy to use. At the heart of city centre. Clean and spotless. Amazing stay at the hotel

The hotel staff are very helpful that they go the extra miles to contact airport to request for luggage late delivery details for my insurance claim. They also provide fresh towel and house keeping daily. Not to mentioned they provide free laundry service and unlimited drinking water bottled. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel location is superb right in front of beijing road and interconnected with mercure hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Gionee Light is located in the heart of Pedestrian Street (步行街) and the mega shopping malls are within walking distance from this hotel. Besides they are located close to several highly rated restaurants such as 点都德, 陶陶居. Beside these established restaurants, there are other quaint little retail restaurants that deserved mention and worth trying. They are 民记煲仔饭（claypot rice), 蟹叁宝crab noodle and dumplings. Gionee Light service quality is worthy of mention as their front service staff are helpful and extremely prompt in meeting your needs. Special mention goes to Xiao Cai (小蔡) who provide seamless check-in and out and also help with our courier orders. Their 2-bedder rooms are comfortable, equiped with basic audio and visual facilities. The hotel facilitate daily change of towels and make-up room.

Location- Excellent location. many eateries and shops. Very near about 300m from subway station (mostly sheltered). Very easy to find. Easy to get Di Di too.  Rooms - Good size, clean and smoke smell free. Am very sensitive to smoke and dust, so took a long time to settle on this hotel and informed the hotel beforehand. It did not disappoint.  I did not smell any smoke in the room or at lobby which is unusual in China. Room was well cleaned daily. Love the shower water pressure, the comfortable bed and the foam and memory pillows.  Only 2 things to improve - another mirror/make up mirror beside the one at the sink - Aircon seems to be centralised, unable to adjust to the set temp so was cold but their good blanket helped. .  Staff - polite and helpful. Check in and out was swift. Others - Water and soft drink were refilled for free every day. Coffee machine at lobby. Gym, washer and dryer on another floor shared with Mercure Hotel in the same building.

Very conveniently located in the heart of Beijing Road. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped with everything despite the slight language barrier— even helped me order something from ******* because I don’t have a chinese mobile phone number. Rooms are spacious and there’s a free laundry area included. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family!☺️

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. Everything was modern, spotless and location was great. The staff at front desk was very helpful.

The location is super convenient, is in the heart of Beijing Road Pedestrian street. Room has simple amenities, layout is quite big. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. They have also upgraded our room. Will stay again if I come Guangzhou again.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Gionee in Guangzhou. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to help ensure that my parcel arrived on time. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a great impression. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, making it easy to get around Guangzhou. The room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. I also appreciated that the staff added is on WeChat to check on my stay and promptly ensured that any requests, such as additional toiletries, were taken care of. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room spotless. The only minor issue was that the bathroom floor has a cement finish, which can make it look slightly dirty even though it was clean. Aside from that, the overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable rates, excellent service, and convenient location. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou and would highly recommend it to my friends and anyone visiting the city.
