Echarm Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Ximenkou Subway Station)

My stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel is spotless and in an amazing location, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable everywhere. It offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

The cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were some small pills left by a previous guest under the sink, and the stepping stone in the shower area looked quite dirty. Breakfast was also a bit lackluster. However, the location is excellent, with many traditional snacks like 'cheong fun' nearby, close to the subway, and a lively atmosphere in the old neighborhood.

This EON Hotel Ximenkou branch truly surprised me in the best way! I have to give it a huge shout-out! The environment is excellent; despite being in a bustling area, it offers a tranquil escape. The lobby design is minimalist and stylish, with the interplay of light and shadow exuding a sense of luxury. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable; everything from the bedding to the bathroom fixtures was spotless and looked brand new. Even the hard-to-reach corners were dust-free, making my stay feel incredibly safe and comfortable. The facilities were very well thought out: the bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm, the smart room controls were convenient and smooth, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. What I want to praise the most is the service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone greeted me with a smile, responded quickly and thoughtfully, and even thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits. This stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it to all my friends! 👍👍
