An incredibly good value upscale stay in Tianhe District.
We booked two rooms for four adults and stayed for four nights. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel allowed us to check in early at 12 PM, as our rooms were already ready. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They took great care of my Taobao packages, not only storing them securely in our room but also kindly helping me input the correct address on my phone to ensure accurate location information.
Rooms & View: The rooms were spotless and had a lovely, fresh scent. We were very impressed by the high-end amenities: a smart heated toilet, a wet/dry separated bathroom, a washer-dryer combo, a large three-door refrigerator, a dining table, and incredibly comfortable beds. Even though our room was on the 27th floor, overlooking the bustling streets of Tianhe and the surrounding corporate high-rises, it was incredibly quiet inside with no hint of smoke whatsoever.
Dining & Facilities: Breakfast is served on the 29th-floor rooftop, offering a premium ambiance with views overlooking the entire CBD. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the quality of the food far exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, it does have a gym, which was more than sufficient for us as tourists.
Service & Flexibility: On our last day, due to a late flight, we inquired about a late check-out. After checking room availability, the front desk informed us that our rooms didn't have immediate new guests, and generously allowed us a free 3.5-hour late check-out. This thoughtful and flexible arrangement made us feel very fortunate and appreciative.
Overall Impression: This was a very reasonably priced, upscale hotel experience. We compared several hotels in the same area and found this one offered the best value for money, along with superior living quality. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou!
