This was a really bad stay. I booked a king-sized bed room, but when I checked in, I was told there weren't any available. The so-called 'free upgrade' turned out to be a twin room. The room type was completely different, so this 'upgrade' was truly baffling. Secondly, the quality of the room amenities was terrible. The sheets were visibly torn, and the towels, bedding, etc., all felt very low quality, completely inconsistent with the price. There were also safety issues; the mattress was very unstable and would slide with just a slight touch, which caused me to bump and injure my leg. It made for a very uncomfortable stay.
