The bed was really comfortable! We used the washing machine and dryer for free, which was so helpful. The glass of hot milk at bed time was also very cute. They also gave us some very yummy fresh fruit on arrival. Everyone was helpful with the translation apps so communication isn’t an issue :) thank you!

The hotel is really nice. The the room is spacious and bright. There’s plenty of plugs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have free drinks and snacks for guests, and even offer you souvenirs at departure.  The location is great, as it’s right above the metro station, with one of the main lines. Near some of the attractions as well.  Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our stay at Ease Hotel Guangzhou Beijing Road Branch was a great experience overall. The hotel's location is super convenient, right near the subway station, and Beijing Road is within walking distance, making it easy to grab a bite, shop, or get around. The hotel service was also excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even helped us call a taxi when we needed one, which was incredibly helpful for us traveling with a baby. They also thoughtfully prepared a small gift for our little one, which was a very sweet touch ❤️ Overall, both the location and service were top-notch. We'd definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Guangzhou.
