Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: The service was warm and welcoming. Welcome fruit: Provided. The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. Guangzhou's public transport is excellent, so staying near the subway is a huge plus. The environment is also very good.

Overall, it was a good stay. The location is excellent, very close to Beijing Road. The room was a bit small, but it didn't really bother me, and the bed was very comfortable. On the first day, there was a strange smell from the drain, but the hotel staff immediately took care of it that evening, and there was no smell from the second day onwards. The cleaning staff changed the sheets daily, and everything was very clean. During peak hours, it's a bit difficult to find parking for taxis, but taking the subway is quite convenient as the entrance is right next to the hotel. It wasn't noisy, and I had a comfortable stay.

First off, the front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly kind and attentive. They offered a welcome goodie bag upon check-in and a small gift when checking out, and were always quick to assist with any requests. I originally planned to stay for just one night, but to my surprise, I received a complimentary room upgrade, welcome fruit, and even a 'goodnight milk' service. The experience was so fantastic that I decided to extend my stay for another day. Furthermore, the hotel's location right above a subway station is incredibly convenient. It's the first time I've felt the subway was easier than taking a taxi! From here, you can easily walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and it's only two subway stops to Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. You can walk to many places from this location, making it extremely convenient and efficient overall. Haha, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely be back next time!

Welcome fruit: Freshly cut fruit in the mini-fridge was a nice touch. Freshly ground coffee & seasonal drinks: So comforting to have a hot cup after a long week of work. The highlight of the room was the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows – the bedding felt luxurious. The location is superb – a 5-minute walk to the commercial district with plenty of dining options, saving a lot of travel time. The room amenities were thoughtfully designed: adjustable lighting and smart voice control were great. The high-speed Wi-Fi was stable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. The service details were the most delightful surprise: the front desk quickly checked us in and even offered a complimentary room upgrade. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive; I forgot my charger in the morning, and it was delivered to my room within 5 minutes. Highly recommended for anniversaries!

Food for breakfast buffet is decent, with breads, pastries, salad bar, and oriental dishes (fried rice and noodles, stir fry vegetables, eggs) steamed buns and dumplings Good location, easy to move around Room is spacious and bed is comfy

The moment I stepped into this hotel I felt so welcomed. All the receptionists and even the housekeeping greet me and are very helpful whenever I have questions. Rooms are clean, bed are huge and super comfortable. There's free washer and dryer too. Walking distance to Beijing lu, around 10mins walk and 20m away from Gongyuanqian metro station which makes it super convenient. I will definately come back again and highly recommended to others. Free upgrade room, early check in and late check out. ✅👍🏻

I have to give a huge shout-out to the service at this hotel! Every staff member had a smile on their face. The breakfast was decent, though the variety was a bit limited; you could order freshly cooked rice noodles at the live station. During my stay, I noticed a minor issue with the showerhead's water pressure. After I reported it, a staff member immediately came with tools and fixed it in less than ten minutes. Their attitude was excellent too!

Overall it was a pleasant stay in the Hotel. The front desk and house keeper service was exceptionally. Been awhile since we encountered such excellent such good service. Location was strategic and the metro is literally within a stone throw away. Few things to take note, the sound proofing for the accommodation ain’t so robust. So for those we needs good rest might be abit of an issue. We had a few nights sleep with noise lasting till after midnights. Some days in the day we also encounter same issues. For peak hours, the lift is very busy which they have already highlighted . Overall still a good experience

The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, and the front desk staff are thoughtful and attentive. My stay this time was absolutely perfect! It's also super close and convenient to the subway station.

The laundry room is simply too small. Need to remove the gym equipment. No one is using them..no one is interested to workout..everyone is only keen to do their laundry..2 washers and dryers not enough to cater for the staying guests. My first night there..I stayed up till 2.15am to get my laundry done..one of the hotel guests hogged all 4 machines during my stay. I think she bought her entire wardrobe to wash..hotel needs to improve on this point. The room assigned to me was quite small too. . Other than this, service and breakfast provided was good..they are very responsive and helpful. I will recommend my friends and relatives to stay in this hotel..but please please add more washers and dryers..

Friendly front desk who help is with our wrong food delivery. Cleaniness is good and location is near to Beijing Road and comic city if you have kids who are into cosplay and animation.
