I'd give this place a 5-star plus out of 5! It offers excellent value for money, and everything about the hotel is great. **Service [5/5]:** 1. The front desk called me before check-in and added me on WeChat, responding instantly. They proactively asked if I needed anything, and even put an extra blanket in the room as requested. 2. The cleaning staff were quick. They replenished toiletries, tissues, towels, tea bags, coffee, and four bottles of water daily. 3. Breakfast staff: The option to take food away is a huge plus! The staff gave me two takeout boxes and chopsticks and reminded me to take reasonable portions from the buffet. 4. As soon as we arrived and got out of the car, a security guard promptly came over to open the car door and help carry our luggage to the front desk for check-in. **Cleanliness [5/5]:** Excellent. The room was cleaned daily, and if we were in the room, they would prioritize cleaning it for us. After calling the front desk, they immediately sent a cleaning lady up to tidy up. **Environment [5/5]:** The room layout is well-designed. The desk in the workspace is spacious, and the power outlets are conveniently placed. The hotel lobby design is grand. The room features electric curtains, a smart toilet, and even Hong Kong-style outlets and USB ports – the design is very thoughtful. There's also a self-service gym and a laundry room, which is equipped with branded laundry detergent and disinfectant. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.

My wonderful Guangzhou trip began at the Huayu Wanfu Hotel. **Restaurant (2nd floor):** The decor is very stylish, with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. Enjoying breakfast here is a real treat. They offer both Chinese and Western options, and for this price point, it's an incredibly rich buffet breakfast. **Gym and Laundry (2nd floor):** The gym has a great selection of equipment, which, as a fitness enthusiast, I really appreciated – it's all top-notch. The laundry room has a washer-dryer combo, which is super convenient. Both facilities are 24-hour self-service and accessible with your room key card. **Room:** The mini-bar (drinks and water in the mini-fridge in the cabinet) is all complimentary. Food deliveries can be brought directly to your door by a robot, and packages too. There are free tea bags and drip coffee in the room. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable for two people. The layout is exquisite and cozy, and the design shows great taste, with attention to detail evident everywhere. **Surroundings:** The hotel is conveniently located 200 meters from Exit K of Guangzhou East Railway Station, accessible by Metro Lines 1, 3, and 11. If you're heading to the high-speed rail at East Station, it's about a 15-minute walk. If you have a lot of luggage, a taxi will cost you the minimum fare. Guangzhou Tower and Haixinsha are just a few metro stops away. Taikoo Hui, Wanling Hui, and Tianhe Sports Center are also a minimum taxi fare away. Overall, the location is very convenient. **Hotel Exterior:** The hotel is a standalone building, not integrated with other office buildings, which is great for privacy. **Service:** Especially the customer service – they truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest is well taken care of. Full five stars! Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff, especially the lady, provided excellent service. They even have robots to deliver food orders to your room, which is a nice touch. The soundproofing was decent too. Most importantly, it's super close to the subway station and right across from Guangzhou East Railway Station, making it really convenient for high-speed rail and all transportation. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time! The air conditioning can be adjusted for cooling, heating, and dehumidifying, and the airflow is strong enough.

Facilities: Even though I didn't work out, I have to say the gym was really impressive. What surprised me about the laundry room was that besides regular detergent and fabric softener, they also provided disinfectant. The water pressure was excellent, making showers very comfortable, and there was no overflow outside the glass door. Hygiene: It was clean, tidy, and odorless, and the cleaning staff were very thorough. Environment: The lobby and rooms were very bright, and the interior lighting design in the room was excellent. I especially loved the large mirror! Two people could do their makeup simultaneously without any issues. The location was also very good. Service: The service attitude was great; everyone spoke so gently. Thumbs up!

The rooms are new and well-equipped with smart toilets and automatic curtains, making them clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, and the service is good. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

Everything was great! The prices didn't really go up much for Chinese New Year, so it was still pretty good value for money. The front desk lady was super nice, and I appreciated the welcome fruit and snacks – a lovely touch! Happy New Year, everyone! 🎉🎉🎉
