Guangzhou Hairun Hotel (Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Center Guangzhou Tower Branch)

The front desk staff, Xiao Ling, was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel facilities were complete and well-equipped, and parking was convenient.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and completely understood the needs of our family of five. Seeing that we had three children, they proactively offered us a room upgrade to a larger space, which was perfect for our inflatable bed. The parking lot is huge, including an underground garage. What's even better is that they have slow charging stations! We woke up to a fully charged car battery. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

Facilities: They're okay, but there's a bit of a renovation smell. The hotel lobby, upper floors, and elevator all take a long time. Hygiene: The most infuriating thing is that for such a large and expensive hotel, there was hair on the bed! Has someone been in and slept in the room already? Environment: When I checked in, I specifically asked for a quiet room. Instead, they put me right by the road, across from a construction site with over a dozen heavy industrial machines starting pile driving at 8 AM. The soundproofing is terrible, so I couldn't rest. Does such a big hotel really misunderstand what I mean by 'quiet'? Environment: There's no food nearby, it's inconvenient, and the area is messy, almost like an urban village. Service: So-so. I won't be coming back. I thought it would be better since it's a new opening, but it was extremely disappointing. I strongly do not recommend it.

I frequently stay here, and each time the experience is excellent. The front desk staff are always very welcoming, and ordering takeout is convenient. The hotel is also quiet, clean, and hygienic.
