The hotel is in a good location, but everything else is quite disappointing. The cleanliness is subpar; I noticed sticky dirt all around the washroom. The most frustrating aspect is that the hotel does not have an online police registration system. I had a terrible experience when I suddenly received a call late at night asking me to come downstairs. I wasn't aware of the situation, so I went down in my nightgown and casual shoes. Once I arrived, I learned that I needed to go to the police station for registration. I found it incredibly frustrating since I was in my nightwear and requested to change first; however, they insisted I go immediately in a humiliating manner, almost dragging me to the police station. It felt as though I had committed some kind of crime. Walking about 1.5 kilometers to the police station in my nightgown was quite an ordeal. The area felt unsafe, and I noticed many foreigners living there. After doing some research, I discovered that the region has a reputation for being mysterious, with many immigrants living there illegally. It became clear why the government has imposed such restrictions in that area. I would strongly advise any foreigner against staying at a hotel in that location. The only positive aspect is the variety of cuisines available, which you can enjoy. If you want to have a good experience, I suggest finding a hotel elsewhere and using the subway for travel.

Good room.

The room was nothing like the rooms shown in the pictures. The facilities were old and not clean at all. The bed linens, towels, and in general the whole room had a strong smell to tobacco smoke. The smell was so strong it was difficult to sleep.

Absolutely shocking place. The hotel staff started yelling at me because I booked the hotel earlier when the prices were cheap and did not want to give me the room I booked. They ended up giving me and my friend poor dirty rooms on different floors. My room had no functioning toilet flush. At night I woke up to a huge black rat in the bathroom with **** and urine all over the floor and towels. After waiting 4 hours they changed my room. The new room as well as complete hotel smells of cigarettes and most guests were smoking in rooms.

The place was a little harder to get to since it isn't on the main street. but the service and rooms were great for such a low price. I'll definitely stay there once more when I come back to Guangzhou.

Location is not bad, it is near by many markets, cleaness is very bad they did not change my bedshit for about a week till I went downstairs to ask to change

Good location safe and clean and near metro station and business area and trade centers and you can find some restaurants it's cheap compared to others hôtels around

The double bed room is perfect for families. All of us enjoyed the time being there and received lots of support from reception. It is convenient to access to the city centre and facilities in the room are amazing.
