Arrivee Hotel

My stay at Arrivee Hotel was really disappointing. First of all, the room looked nothing like the pictures online. The bed sheet even had cuts on it, and the toilet was in poor condition. I tried to ignore it and make the best of it, but things got worse — while I was sleeping, the central AC started leaking water right next to the bed. It was so bad I thought I had left the shower running. To make things worse, the room cleaner knocked on my door even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on. She was quite rude and waved her hand for me to leave the room, which felt very disrespectful. (She was a bit heavyset, but I want to note that the other cleaning lady was actually very nice.) Eventually, they changed my room, which was a little better, but still not well cleaned. Overall, I had a very bad experience and would not recommend staying here.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room had a serious mosquito problem—my toddler woke up covered in bites after just one night, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The floor was also visibly dirty, making the overall cleanliness very concerning. To make matters worse, accessing the hotel lobby was very inconvenient. There are multiple flights of stairs, and carrying several pieces of luggage up and down during check-in & check-out was exhausting. What made it even more frustrating was that no staff offered any assistance at all. The service was equally disappointing. Some of the staff, particularly the male staff members, were rude and unhelpful when we tried to raise our concerns. Our group had booked two rooms and originally planned to stay for 17 nights. However, due to these issues, we decided to check out after just the third night and transfer to a better hotel. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here—especially for families with young children.

We have spent there 3 days and were satisfied with the conditions. The personal were pleasant and warm, but only chinese speakers. The only disadvantage is noise and creaking under the ceiling for an unknown reason
